Meet my eye, sweet one,
So I might admire the
Way blue and gray swirls
In the gentle light of dawn
When my life begins anew
There within your eyes
I can see the stormy sea
Whipping winds and rain
Against the bright horizon
Where your brilliance shines through
A ship on that sea
May be whipped violently
Tossed and turned in waves
Reveal the sunlight inside
The boat on the calming tides
To be on the boat
Floating in the blue-gray sea
With the softest sky
Gentle waves which carry me
Back to your pristine shores
